We will never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing or any other purposes. Your information is only handled by our station team and Radio Looe presenters. If we use a third party tool to manage our e mails such as Mail Chimp, your data is securely stored within those compliant systems.

We only keep your message and contact details for as long as necessary to fulfil your request or answer your question, usually no longer than 6 months after our last contact unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
